By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Kaizen is operated by M C S C Restaurants Limited, Unit 3.3 Queen’s Garden, The Glades, Bromley, BR1 1DN.
Reservations may require a deposit. Full refunds are offered for cancellations made 48+ hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no‑shows, result in the deposit being retained.
Please inform us of any allergies when booking. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee the absence of all allergens.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items unless caused by our negligence.
